Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb pecan halves
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon water
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 200*.
- 2 mix dry ingredients (except nuts) in a large bowl.
- 3 in another large bowl,beat egg with water until frothy.
- 4 coat pecans with egg mixture and then with sugar mixture.
- 5 spread on a well greased cookie sheet.
- 6 bake in oven turning nuts over every 15 minutes.
- 7 bake for 1 hour or more until toasted being careful not to burn.
