Bulgur Breakfast

Total Time: 23 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup bulgur
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 -2 tablespoon smart balance light butter spread, i use benecol light spread
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Recipe

  • 1 bring water to boil. add bulgur, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
  • 2 stir in applesauce, benecol, and honey.
  • 3 if desired sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
