- 1/4 cup apple juice

- 1/2 cup english toffee bits
- 5 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups apple juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons butter
