Cinnamon Flop

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/8 cup flour (approx)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (approx)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (approx)
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cut up into small chunks (approx)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350* and grease well two 9" round pans.
  • 2 combine flour, sugar and baking powder.
  • 3 add melted butter and milk and stir until well blended.
  • 4 divide mixture evenly into two prepared pans.
  • 5 sprinkle tops evenly with flour, then brown sugar, then cinnamon.
  • 6 push chunks of butter evenly spaced into dough.
  • 7 bake for 30 minutes and cool slightly.
  • 8 cut and serve right out of pans.
