- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen baby carrots, cooked and drained
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 in a pan, stir together cornstarch, tomato juice, brown sugar and cinnamon until smooth.
- 2 over medium heat, cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
- 3 add carrots and heat through, stirring occasionally.
