Cinnamon Carrots

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen baby carrots, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 in a pan, stir together cornstarch, tomato juice, brown sugar and cinnamon until smooth.
  • 2 over medium heat, cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
  • 3 add carrots and heat through, stirring occasionally.
