Cimanum Rolls With Frosting!

Ingredients
- 1 loaf frozen bread dough
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 on a lightly floured surface, roll dough out to a somewhat rectangle 10"x12".
- 2 prepare a 12 muffin tin pan with cooking spray.
- 3 spread dough with about 2 tbs of the melted butter, coat well.
- 4 mix cinnamon and sugar, setting aside 2 tbs for use later.
- 5 sprinkle mixture over dough liberally.
- 6 begin with the longer side and roll like a jelly roll, tightly.
- 7 cut into 12 pieces.
- 8 place one spiral into the 12 cavity muffin pan.
- 9 brush tops with remaining butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- 10 cover and let rolls rise in the fridge overnight until they double. (i didn't do this part. i put them in the oven immediatly and they turned out great.).
- 11 bake in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- 12 turn out onto a rack to cool.
- 13 to frost, mix 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar with 2 tbs milk or cream and 1 tsp vanilla. drizzle onto rolls.
