Butternut Squash Souffle

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 2 cups hot mashed butternut squash
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 add margarine to squash; stir until melted.
- 2 add sugar, milk, salt, and spices.
- 3 beat with an electric mixer on low speed until blended.
- 4 add eggs, beat well.
- 5 stir in vanilla.
- 6 turn into a greased casserole dish.
- 7 bake at 325* until souffle is set.
- 8 serve immediately.
