Bread Machine Apple Chunk Bread

Ingredients

• 1 cup milk
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 3 cups bread flour
• 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
• 1 large apple, diced

Recipe

• 1 put all ingredients except apple in bread machine according to the instructions for your machine.
• 2 after the first rise, add apple. if you have a machine that beeps for add-ins such as raisins, this is the time to add the apple.
