Cinnamon Butter Frosting With Creme Fraiche

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1/3 cup creme fraiche
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe

  • 1 sift sugar and cinnamon. with a mixer, cream butter and creme fraiche together.
  • 2 add vanilla and salt and mix well.
  • 3 add the sifted sugar and cinnamon, and continue beating for about 3-5 minutes. the icing should be soft & hold its shape well.
