Chili Sauce (low Fat)

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 25 large tomatoes
  • 4 large onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 1/2 cups vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon clove
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 bay leaves (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 chop everything and cook slowly over a low flame or on low.
  • 2 simmer until thick, and then seal in jars.
