Ingredients
- 25 large tomatoes
- 4 large onions
- 2 green peppers
- 2 red peppers
- 2 1/2 cups vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 teaspoon clove
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 bay leaves (optional)
Recipe
- 1 chop everything and cook slowly over a low flame or on low.
- 2 simmer until thick, and then seal in jars.
